Event Manager Instructions Active events are auto-saved on your device while scores are being tested. Refreshing the browser restores the active event. To setup an event: Load players. If player names do not show up, add players first. Choose 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, or ALL before loading players. Specific levels show only players at that level; ALL shows every active player. Use the Gender filter to load All Players, Women, or Men. M or F appears beside each player name. Gender is required when adding a new player. An admin can assign gender to players that were already in the system. Use Community on each player for where they are from. Use Host Club on a Shootout or Social Mixer for the club running that event. Select players and choose Generate Courts for Round 1. Shootouts support 8 to 30 players and up to six courts. Six-court Shootouts use 24 to 30 players. Every court with five players automatically uses games to 8. If games to 11 were selected, the app alerts the event manager about the override. The app rotates which pair is shown as Team A so each pair gets opportunities to serve first. It also varies the first-listed server within that pair. Enter scores for each game, then select Generate Courts for Round 2. Session Rankings will show at the completion of Round 2. Active events can be canceled for rainouts or events that should not count. Event history will show recent result summaries. Admins can deactivate/reactivate players or permanently delete a player from the player list. In Manage Existing Players, select one player with the checkbox. Event Managers can edit the selected player's name. Admins can also assign gender, deactivate/reactivate, or delete the selected player. Additional questions, please use the Feedback button.
